All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (medical testing kits), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or used. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@teststrip.care with your order number and photos of the issue. We will be happy to provide a replacement or a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

• Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
